Our Villa ADanTea, is positioned in Highgrove, which is a quiet gated community, six miles from disney. Highgrove offers its own club house, pool and children's play area. The club house offers games, internet access, a growing library along with other features.

ADanTea is a family owned luxury villa and is fully airconditioned, has a safe and games.

The Master bedroom has cable television, a walk in closet and large en-suite.

There are two Queen bedrooms one has cable television and a walk in closet. The other has a large closet.

Of the two twin rooms one boasts cable television and both have large closets.

The two bathrooms are well positioned one between the two queen bedrooms and the other between the two twin rooms.

The gallery staircase takes you down into the formal living room which leads into the Dining area that has patio doors leading to the pool and spa area.

The fully equipped kitchen looks onto the pool area and leads into the family room with entertainment centre and sofa sleeper.

The games room provides hours of entertainment and competition with the pool, air hockey and table tennis tables.

The downstairs bathroom and laundry rooms are outside the games room door. Both the patio doors leading onto the pool area are alarmed for child safety and Florida law.

Check in 4pm on day of arrival. Check out 10a.m on day of departure.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Daily rates available and are subject to an additional cleaning charge of $105 for stays of less than 7 nights. Pool heat is an extra of $175 per week.
