The living room and bedroom have recently been remodeled. This is a Non-Smoking Condominium in great condition. The unit has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, tiled floors in all rooms except the bedroom, and much more. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion!

Located on Thomas Drive. The Sunbird has lots to offer with restaurants such as Pineapple Willie's and Pompanos. Signal Hill Golf Course is within walking distance.

The Entertainment District: A majority of Entertainment has condensed around a central area near the Eastermost end of Front Beach Road. The Entertainment District hold the highest concentration of family attractions, entertainment and dining choices. Availability Calendar

Rental Policies

All taxes total 10%. Cleaning fee is $55. Four night minimum stay during peak seasons.
Upon booking this condo a refundable security deposit of $150.00 is required within 7 days to hold the reservation. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you have called or emailed that the rental agreement is in the mail along with the security deposit. The condo is not considered reserved until this has been done. The deposit may be a personal check which will be deposited into an account as long as it's received within 6 weeks of reservation. The deposit will be returned after check out once the condo has been inspected for damages.
Payment in full is required three weeks prior to arrival by money order, cashier check or PayPal, no personal checks.
CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR MORE THAN THE RENTAL FEE.
Canceling 2-3 weeks before scheduled arrival will lead to a 50% loss of deposit. No refund if canceled less than two weeks from arrival unless the vacation condo can be rented. No refund for early check out.
A refund will be granted if a hurricane evacuation is order but no refund for the cleaning.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING CONDO AND THE RESORT DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
You must be 25 years old to rent this condo.
The Sunbird Resort charges a $15.00 parking pass fee in addition to the prices quoted above.
