Recently modernised, and on 2nd floor of 4-floor building (no lift). Sleeps 4 people with air-con/heating unit in lounge. Secure car-park. In quiet area, but with bars/restaurants/shops within short walk. Short bus ride to Benidorm "Old Town".
The apartment has 2 balconies overlooking the beach, lounge with double bed-sette, separate kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom with 2 single beds. The nearest airport is Alicante, about half-an-hour along the motorway. The transfer from the aiport to apartment can be arranged. If you wish to hire a car, there is a private, shady, secure carpark around and underneath the apartment block, with a caretaker living on the premises for extra security, but the area is normally quiet. Electrical goods include cooker hob with 4 plates, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, microwave and family-sized fridge with freezer. The TV in the lounge is connected to a digi-box which gives many programmes in English. The bathroom has an enclosed shower above a small bath. As well as running into Benidorm itself, the buses go to Carrefour Hypermarket and La Marina shopping centre, about a 10-minute journey. At La Marina there are many designer shops and theme pubs and bars. Also to Terra Mitica, the largest theme park in Europe, again only 10 minutes away.

£90 per week applies to winter rentals of 3 weeks or more, for 2 clients sharing. For additional clients (the apartment sleeps 4 people)the surcharge is £5 pp per week. The surcharge for shorter holiday rentals for additional clients is £10 pp per week. A deposit of £50 per holiday week is required - please contact owner for long-let requirements.
