The Bay Breeze Apartments sit just one house from the bay and one block from the pristine white sands of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with all the ameneties of home, a lovely large, private sun deck with heated pool!

Property Details

A perfect getaway or long term stay apartment at Bay Breeze. There are 4 apartments that share a large, private, fenced deck area with a heated pool, bbq's are available for our guests use and a washer and dryer. Ample parking and just a very short stroll to the beach.
Each apartment comprises of a Queen bedroom with a private bathroom with a tub and shower and a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and another bathroom with shower. There is a fully equiped kitchen and a sitting room with cable television and local telephone
Also with walking distance (5 blocks) is Historic Old Bridge Street with it's numnreous boutiques and restaurants and Historic Old Pier.
We accept well behaved pets in the 2 ground floor apartments with tile floors!

Rental Policies

A 25% ddeposit is required at time of booking and full payment 6 weeks prior to arrival. Resrevation is not guaranteed until a signed copy of the rental agreement has been recieved.

Arrival Times

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.

Rental Rates

$750.00 to $900.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Please add 10.5% Florida`State Tax to all rates.
We require a 25% non refundable deposit on booking and full payment 6 weeks prior to arrival.
One week minimum.
We accept American Express / Visa / Mastercard and personal checks.
