Rental Policies

The rental cost is based on the villa, all taxes and end of vacation cleaning for a maximum of 6 people. There is availability for extra guests up to a maximum of 8 if these are infants at no extra cost.

Check in is not before 4pm, check out is 10am prompt unless previously arranged

Rental Rates

GBP 400.00 to GBP 495.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay is 7 nights a £100 per week deposit is required at the time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks before occupancy. A £100 refundable security deposit is required against damage and breakages.
