The Villa is located comfortably close to the centre of Marbella in an exclusive residential neighborhood. This luxurious "Villa Caprice" will offer you perfect privacy and peace.

This delightful Spanish villa with its lovely garden, terrace and fabulous swimming pool is in a handsome secluded part of Marbella’s golden mile.

It is near the lovely blue flag beaches of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, and the famous enclave of Puerto Banus.

The stunning white mountain villages, like picturesque Mijas, Casares, Benahavis and Ojen, are within a short drive. When you are enjoying a lovely sight-seeing day out, you can see Africa and Gibraltar on a clear day.

The location and restful tranquility of the area will insure a very relaxing vacation but still offer you the many amenities of the fabulous towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus!

In Puerto Banus, you will find the rich and famous on their incredible yachts, with a myriad of luxurious restaurants, night clubs, piano bars and boutiques. The harbour of Puerto Banus is world renowned for its beauty and is one of the most luxurious in Europe. There are two separate Marbella Apartments (David and Goliath) and living areas that are easily merged into one luxury villa for a sizable group or family.

The layout of the luxury Villa Caprice is perfect for a large family, or group, that would enjoy privacy from one another. Perfect for vacationing with relatives.

“THE GOLIATH” - The spacious Master Lounge of the Goliath apartment has a romantic open fireplace and seating for approximately 14 people. It contains Satellite TV (CANAL+) with Video, DVD Player and sound system.
The Goliath has a large bedroom which accommodates 2-3 persons and a smaller bedroom which accommodates 2. The lounge area can easily sleep 2 additional persons.
Both bedrooms share adjoining walk-in closets, with a large bathroom located between the 2 luxurious bedrooms.
The large and newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, combi oven, washing machine, dryer, and includes all crockery, cooking utensils, pots, pans and cutlery. Everything you would need for a gracious self-catered holiday! And should you not be interested in fully catering for yourself, a chef can be arranged.

“THE DAVID” - The Lounge contains a terraced dining area for 8 people and also offers Satellite TV (CANAL+) with Video, DVD player and sound system.
The David has 3 large bedrooms provided with king size, queen size, and single beds, and offers a flexible sleeping arrangement. In addition, the lounge area can sleep two additional people.

All linen and towels are supplied. The David offers 2 bathrooms with full bath, shower, sink and bidet facilities.
The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, combi-oven, washing machine, dryer and dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and cutlery. Everything you would need for a gracious self-contained holiday!

These lovely facilities, located within the same villa can be easily opened to accommodate one large family or group, special business retreats, or a number of friends who seek a “fun in the sun” holiday.

The beautiful stone terrace of 80 square metres, surrounds the pool and is supplied with sun-loungers and parasols for your enjoyment! A perfect Oasis in the sun!
Beach towels are supplied.

The well-appointed dining area on the Goliath terrace by your pool area is perfect for dining “El fresco”. The stunning entertainment area seats 16 people. An additional terrace on the poolside seats 8 people and is perfect for a cozy barbecue.

Outside the David bedrooms is a romantic round terrace area suitable for breakfast and lunches. Seats 8.
Between the Marbella rentals apartments Goliath and David you have a cozy bar area that can be shared for intimate relaxation, or that perfect honeymoon place for watching a sunset.

* Chauffeur Services to and from the airport may be arranged through the owner.
* Car hire and rental can be arranged for long or short term. Daily and or weekly cleaning services and Linen services offered.
* Limo service if needed.
* Shopping services can be arranged.
* Guided tours of Marbella, Malaga, Estepona, Cordoba or Granada and the villages surrounding Marbella can be arranged.
* For our winter guests, ski- arrangement packages can be organized through the owners.

Rental Policy

To confirm a booking, please send us your full details and time of stay. We will then send you our standard holiday agreement which contains our details as well as banking information. A 35% deposit is required at time of booking confirmation with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. We do want to remind our potential guests to please feel free to ask any questions before booking! Our Condo is available for longer term winter lets. Arrival Times

Changeover day is usually Saturday and arrival time is after 3 p.m. Departure time is before 10:30. Please note that outside the high season we can be flexible, please contacts us with your requirements.

Entire villa prices:

December 1st - March 30th:
Euros 3.400 per week.
April 1st - May 30th:
Euros 3.600 per week.
June 1st - June 30th:
Euros 4.000 per week.
July 1st - August 31st:
Euros 4.500 per week.
September 1st - September 30th:
Euros 4.000 per week.
October 1st - November 30th:
Euros 3.600 per week.

Exceptions for the following holidays !
Christmas Week (22-29 December)
Euros 4.000 per week.
Easter Week
Euros 4.000 per week.
