Welcome to Villa Linton, a tastefully decorated & beautifully coordinated home.

On the ground floor, we have a TV lounge with Cable TV & DVD player (selection of films provided), formal dining area, Kitchen fully equipped with Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave & dishwasher and 2nd lounge area. We have two sets of sliding doors* leading out to the lanai (covered patio) and pool area.

Also on the ground floor is the second suite comprising of Queen bed, Cable TV and en suite bathroom. A utility room with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. The garage has been converted to a games room with Foosball table, electronic basketball game and TV/DVD (not connected for TV) with PlayStation One (will be upgraded at a later date) and selection of games.

The first floor has the Master Suite - King size bed, Cable TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks. The 3 remaining bedrooms are twins and share the house bathroom. The bedrooms are themed with children in mind, Mickey & Minnie, Winnie the Pooh and Scooby doo.

To the rear of the house we have the pool area with a 28ft x 14ft pool with in ground spa (heating optional for both), extended deck with sun loungers and chairs and covered lanai area with table & chairs.

As you would expect the villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms have ceiling fans including the lanai area, all towels, linen, cutlery & crockery (including plastic ware for the pool area) are provided

*All doors are alarmed for safety and the doors to the pool area have safety fences installed.

Arrival 4pm - Departure 10am(unless otherwise agreed)

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates include sales/tourist taxes & cleaning fee for bookings of 6 nights or more(rate for less than 6 nights is £60).

Bookings can start any day of the week but must be for a minimum of 5 nights.

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at time of booking.

Final balance & £300 security bond (refundable) due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
