Plus there are 2 extra sleeper sofas in the livingroom. Hi Speed Internet access connection. Property was totally renovated in 2008 and has not only totally new floors, furnishings, fittings etc. but also a private hot water system so one never runs out! Maid service and all linen provided. Tropical garden with freshwater pool and "afterswim"shower. Garden furniture and umbrellas, 4 minutes to stores, bars, restaurants, banks etc. A CAR IS NOT NEEDED. Watersports available on the beach.

(200 yards), Folkestone Park, or Sunset Crest. Horseback riding on the beach, Fishing and trips to visit the endangered turtles also available from the beach.
There is an airconditioned shopping centre minutes away, and dutyfree shopping is available at the local department store. There are 20
restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk - these range from pubs, bars and fast food to bistros and gourmet dining. There is a gourmet takeout just 2 mins. away.A bus into the city takes 20 mins. and is used by both locals and visitors. Taxis are plentiful and A CAR IS NOT NEEDED. Tourist attractions such as the Wild Life
Centre, and Harrisons Caves are ideal for children. Scenery ranges from the beautiful to the spectacular.Weather is great for both outings and
sunbathing - highs 80/85F and the sea is a constant 80F.
