Although she left being the most famous Madame of "the world's oldest profession" behind her a while ago, she is now working in an exciting field, that of playing hostess to her public once again, a part she knows, oh so well, as she is a Master of the craft of pleasure and comfort!

Xaviera Hollander presents to you her own “HAPPY HOUSE” in Amsterdam,now open for bookings as an incredible and lush "Bed & Breakfast" for your relaxation, luxury and pampering desires!

Your hostess, Xaviera Hollander, renowned author, Penthouse columnist, legend, performer, raconteur, theatrical entrepreneur, the Happy Hooker herself will entertain you as a guest in her own inimitable style. Xaviera’s talent lays in communication, and she still does it like no one else. In addition her home is available for seminars, dinner and cocktail parties and intimate soirees.

Xaviera offers three elegant rooms:

One is "DAVID" - which is a smaller sized room. (No offense to anyone named David reading this!)The "David" contains all luxuries, including a queen-sized bed, radio/television; bored you won’t be with Xaviera's staff ready to cater to your needs (Not sexual, but every other!) Shower/toilet is located just down the hall.

The other magnificent room is GOLIATH, which as you may know, the name says it all; it is spacious, ne plus ultra - and even has a wonderful view with a balcony. It has a king-size bed, radio/tv/stereo, in-room refrigerator, table and chairs. An additional single-bed may be placed in this room. Shower/toilet is located directly across from the room.

Also available is our Garden Chalet - a love-nest, or honeymoon cottage, private with a king-sized bed and self-contained shower and toilet. The garden has a table and chairs for your cocktail hour, snack-time, or al fresco dining.

Rental Policy

Deposit of 50% is required, fully refundable until one week before reservation date. No refund for cancellation less than one week before reservation.

Arrival Times

10:00 am - 2:00 pm, other times by special arrangement.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Room rates: "David" from 125 Euro, "Goliath" and "Garden Chalet" from Euro 150 per night, including continental breakfast.
