Property Description

This complex is in the 800 block on the same street as the fishing pier which is in the 100 block. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping in between, yet it remains a residential area, not like other beach locations. 16 acres 2 pools,etc.

Property Details

I have several units available in Ocean Walk. The maximum level is the second floor. This property has it all. Business center, fitness center, two pools, front pool is a heated pool, but no guarantees! There is a small lake for fishing, a playground (which rarely gets used!) there is two tennis courts, a basketball hoop is also located here if you so desire. This area is the best you can find for a complex, especially if you have kids because you can find lots to do right within the complex!

Rental Policies

Number allowed is not negotiable. Pets must be limited to under 35 lbs. No large trucks or trailers will be allowed

Check in is 4 p.m. no problem checking in early if unit is ready!

These rates are subject to change. Depends on demand and seasonal, but pretty stable. Additional costs are cleaning $65.00 and taxes which are currently at 11%
