Property Details

Our fully renovated top floor apartments, are known as "dual key", with access to both apartments from a private central entrance hall. Each 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 2 to 4, or rent both as a 2 bedroom apartment.
Each apartment features:
-Full kitchen facilities with all mod con's and basic condiments.
-Air conditioning, plus ceiling fans
-Seperate balconies with stunning views of beach and Gold coast.
- Fully furnished, TV & DVD, all linen, towels etc.
One apartment has a laundry, plus there is a guest laundry on site.
Full resort facilities available to guests, including 2 swimming pools, (heated indoor, outdoor and spa), flood lit tennis court, restaurant and bar, lobby shop/cafe, tourist info desk, gym.
- Across the road to Surfers patrolled beach, and beach entertainment area.
- Across to Centro shopping Mall, entertainment arcade, and tourist centre.
- Underground car parking space available. However public transport to all Gold Coast tourist attractions from resort.
- Electric bbq in each apt, or gas bbq in resort gardens.

Rental Policies

25% deposit, balance 1 month prior to occupancy

Arrival Times

Arrival after 1.00pm, departure before 10.00am. No fixed dates, but 3 nights minimum stay

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Cost: $AU100 night for 2 guests in 1 apt.
$165/night for 4 guests in both apts. $20/night for extra guests.
Surcharge for Christmas/New Year, Easter and Indy races.
