Our home is positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac in one of the closest suburbs to Surfers. We are surrounded on 2 sides by a tidal canal. The tropical gardens have a large private pool and jetty, with tranqual out door living and barbeque.
4 bedrooms, (sleeps 7-9), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges.
Main bedroom has air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in every room in the home (plus patio)
Bedding arrangements: 1 queen, 1 double,2 single, 1 single, plus 2 pull down single sofas in fammily room.
Full kitchen facilities with condiments supplied. All linen, towels etc supplied.

Non concurrent swaps possible, as well as holiday rental.

Rental Policies

25% deposit, balance 1 month prior to arrival.

Arrival Times

After 1.00pm, departure before 10.00am. No fixed rental dates, email owners for availability.
