Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot, crock pot, utensils, old-fashioned pantry, collectibles, and authentic New England cookware. Towle flatware, antique-style china and stemmed glassware for casual or gourmet country dining. There are a telephone and PIANO in the parlor, and the cheerful family room has a large bay window with forest view, big screen cable TV/VCR, radio, CD player. All linens and towels included. Outdoors there is a picnic table and a hilltop bench for quiet reflection.

Kitchen is fully stocked with Blue Willow china, Towle flatware, wine/Champagne glasses, cloth napkins, and lots of pots, pans, baking dishes, toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, microwave, blender and dishwasher. Old fashioned pantry filled with collectibles off the kitchen.

Large backyard surrounded by forest, with a picnic table and Weber BBQ. Sweeping view of Kinsman Mountain. Parking for up to 4 cars across the street from house.

Rental Policies

Rent: $1000 a week, plus 8% tax. A $200 security deposit is required to confirm reservation.

Arrival Times

Rents Saturday to Saturday. 7 night minimum. 8 people maximum.
