This elegant spanish villa is beautifully situated on a 2000 square metre garden with large private terraced swimming pool. South facing you are ensured of sunlight throughout the day. In addition there is an interior walled garden with in-built barbecue for private entertaining. The Naja (balcony) is glass enclosed with full length toscany arched windows which open fully in the summer. There is a fireplace in the sitting room for cosy winter evenings. The third bedroom is designed as a separate apartment - perfect for visiting relatives! Fully furnished and in a quiet neighbourhood you are 5 minutes from the shops, beach and golf course. This Villa insures a restful, very private and trouble free holiday. Villa 'Los Anos Locos' is located in the desirable residential area of Adsubia and is 2 mins from the beautiful blue flag beaches of Javea, on the Costa Blanca. Situated a comfortable 55 mins between either Alicante or Valencia airport, removing it in location from the more overly developed areas of the Costa Blanca. Shopping and the town centre are also within 5 mins. In addition the Port of Javea with its delightful restaurants is within easy access (5 minutes drive). There are 4 golf courses in the area, 2 within a 5 mins drive, The new La Sella Course at 10 mins and of course the famous PGA course in Valencia, where they hold the Spanish Open, is a 1 hour drive if you are up to a real challenge!With a reputation as a friendly family resort, Javea possesses a long and respected history. The landscape ranges from rugged mountains to sandy coastlines and many see Javea as the gem of the Costa Blanca's 200 mile sun-blessed coastline. To confirm a booking, please send us your full details and time of stay. We will then send you our standard holiday agreement which contains our details as well as banking information. A 35% deposit is required at time of booking confirmation with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. We do want to remind our potential guests to please feel free to ask any questions before booking!
Changeover day is usually Saturday and you may arrive after 3:00 p.m. Departure is before 10:30 a.m. Please note that outside the high season we can be flexible, please contact the owner with your requirements.

June, Sept. and Oct. $ 1335 per week
July and August $ 1875 per week
Dec. through March $ 625 per week. We are willing to rent for longer periods in the winter. Please contact us directly for pricing for longer term winter periods.
