This delightful, fully air-conditioned, one bedroom apartment is located 15 minutes walk from the Croisette and the convention centre (Palais des Congres), it is on the 2nd floor and has a lift/elevator.

The apartment is composed of a large living room, opening on to a huge terrace, with views on to the private gardens and the large swimming pool, and distant sea views, one bedroom, one modern bathroom, independent toilet, telephone, WiFi ADSL Internet access is available for the use of guests at a nominal weekly charge, fax and cable TV and DVD player.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedroom, the sitting room and the kitchen all have opening doors onto the large terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and the communal gardens.

Our local property managers provide a 'Meet & Greet' service and carry out a check-out inspection upon departure, for which they charge EURO 95.00. Additional cleaning and maid service is available on request and is charged at €8 per hour.

The apartment has its own private parking place in front of the building.

There is a regular bus service from outside the door to the main Cannes railway station, to the bus terminus where the airport bus stops, and to La Croisette.

The shops are just a few minutes walk away. Tennis is available at Cannes Tennis Club, (about a 20 minutes walk away), behind the Martinez Hotel.

Sailing and scuba diving classes are available on the beach near Pointe Croisette, which is about a 10 minute drive away.

Passenger ferry boat services to St Tropez & Iles de Lerins depart Cannes marina

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We normally rent out by the week but we also offer longer term Monthly Rates in Euros -

Low Season .. €2550/calendar month;
Mid Season.. €3350/calendar month;
High Season.. €3900/calendar month; Congresses, Conferences & Festivals.. €1550/week.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival times to the property are between 16.00 - 19.00 hours.

Arrivals after 19.00 hours are subject to an out of hours arrival supplement.

3 weeks booking only for Cannes Film Festival: 14th to 25th May.

A security deposit of €850.00 is payable 3 weeks before arrival, and will be refunded in full, less the cost of any damage or breakages.

WiFi ADSL is offered at EURO 15 per week - Please advise in advance if required.


We accept most MAJOR CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS. (With a three per cent surcharge).

Alternatively payments can be made by Bank WIRE transfer (SWIFT) in Sterling Pounds, US Dollars or Euros.

We normally offer a 15% Discount on all LAST MINUTE bookings, made within 7 days of arrival.

Full payment on all LAST MINUTE bookings must be made in full upon receipt of confirmation of the booking.

We welcome LONG LETS, (over 4 weeks) and offer special rates for such bookings during our Low and Mid Season months. Please contact us for more details.
