Property Details

Apartment 707, in Tower IV, is 1154 sq. ft., and is located over the pool with a partial view down the beach. From this apartment you can also see part of Sand Dollar Island and the lagoon. The living room and both bedrooms face the same direction and all offer the same view. The apartment faces southwest. This condo has had a complete remodel finished in Jan "07"

We have made sure that our condo is very well stocked. We have constantly upgraded both the furnishings and equipment that is included in the apartment. This our home and when we are here we add whatever amenities we would have if we were at our permanent residence. The only thing that you need to bring with you are your clothes and personal items!

Beach Supplies Include:

Towels, chairs, umbrellas, totes, coolers, beach toys and a Beach Cart to carry all the supplies to the beach.

Children's Supplies Include:

Sip cups, eating utensils, books, movies, and sand toys.

Rental Policies

Please add 10% FL tax, $50 rental agent fee and a $20 parking/registration fee. Cleaning fee is included and there is no extra charge for high speed internet access.
