Welcome to our unique single story 2700 square foot villa set in a gorgeous corner site in the northwest of America’s fun capital. The villa offers spacious, luxurious accommodation for up to ten people close to the heart of the action.

Interior

The villa offers the following accommodation

The living area offers spacious accommodation with a comfortable lounge and dining area, it has a carpeted and tiled floor throughout and also has a large screen television with cable service, DVD player and stereo system. There is a doorway opening out from the lounge area to the covered patio and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences you would expect in accommodation of this standard, there is a coffee maker, microwave, gas cooker, 25 cubic foot refrigerator, dishwasher, reverse osmosis drinking water system, double stainless steel sink with waste disposal, granite work surfaces and all cooking equipment and utensils.

In addition there is a computer with FREE high speed internet access, printer, scanner and fax machine. The villa additionally has a pool / table tennis / knock-hockey table which is located just off the large entrance hallway.

The Villa has five bedrooms

The first master bedroom is spacious in the extreme has a king sized bed and a huge bathroom with sunken spa bath, his and hers sinks, separate shower with seat, separate toilet and a very large walk-in wardrobe.

The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed, its own bathroom with shower and separate toilet and walk in wardrobe.

The third bedroom offers a large double bed. It is close to the bathroom and has a built in wardrobe.

The fourth bedroom is a twin bedded room. . It is also close to the bathroom and has a built in wardrobe.

The fifth bedroom has a single bed and also a rollaway bed which stores away neatly under the single bed. In this room there is a computer with FREE high speed internet access, printer, scanner and fax machine.

The villa also has a further family bathroom with bath and separate shower

Property Exterior

The villa is set in a gorgeous corner plot, secluded from its neighbours and offers a large lawn with exquisite landscaping including palm and fruit trees.

Take a cooling swim in your private pool relax under the large lanai (20’x 10 covered porch). Exercise you culinary skills on the gas barbeque and enjoy outdoor dining.

There is ample parking available in the villa’s driveway and three car garage.

Additional Features

The villa features full home water softening system, a full home security system and a keypad entry system which means no worries about collecting or dropping off keys for the property. The pass code can also be set to a number of your choosing to make it easier for you and your party to remember.

Deposits

A £300.00 security deposit is payable and this is refundable within 14-21 days after check out.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
