Property Details

The two bedroom suite, 1000sq. ft. has separate bedrooms, full kitchen with eating area, spacious living room with sofa bed, and separate dining room seating eight. Suite configuration, Queen and Double bedrooms with Double pull out sofa bed in large living room. Office area with computer desk and book case is also found in the large living room.

The apartments are comfortably furnished, completely equipped, accessorized and fully serviced. Each furnished suite comes complete with large kitchen including double sink, table, full size 30 in. fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, bake ware, serving ware, tea set, china, glassware, cutlery, utensils and linens. Additional item are available on request such as large roaster, blender, or rice cooker. We also provide all furnishing, house wares, linens, 500+ Channel Satellite TV/Radio, includes free HBO - The Movie Network, utilities, apartment controlled air conditioning and heating, in house laundry facilities and complimentary local phone calls as well as (optional) housekeeping services and wireless Hi-speed Internet. We are located just south of the Old Mill Subway Station in the Kingsway area of Toronto. Why pay over CAN$100 per night for just a hotel room? Our suites are significantly less than the price of a downtown Toronto motel/hotel room. Rates are based on season, length of stay, number in your group and size of unit. Stays of over 30 days are exempt from taxes. At 800 and 1,000 sq. ft. our apartments are much larger than standard hotel rooms or suite hotels. Compare, you will find most do not volunteer or provide unit size. Special Weekly and Monthly Rates are available.
