The Garden House is steeped in history and offers visitors, to this family friendly, excellent three star self-catering accommodation. The location is wonderfully peaceful, situated in the rural area of Fermanagh's Lakeland, close to the edge of Riversdale Forest and Ballycassidy River, which is famous for it's fishing and wildlife. The accommodation is bright and spacious and sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a four poster bed with a double bed settee and the second bedroom has a double bed-settee with bunk bed above. There is a large bathroom with electric shower and the lounge is comfortably furnished to a high standard with an open fireplace for coal or log fires and pine flooring throughout. In the lounge there is a television, dvd and video for the enjoyment of guests and patio doors which lead to a lovely secluded walled patio area. The fully fitted kitchen, with dining area, has modern facilities. Outside parking is available for cars or a car and boat and Ballycassidy Post Office is only a short walk away. Whilst nearby, in the town of Enniskillen, you can visit some local shops and traditional Irish pubs which serve great food. This is an ideal location for visitors who enjoy peace and tranquility whilst on holiday and there are many places of interest to visit in the surrounding area as well as outdoor activities, including golfing, fishing, walking, cycling and pony-trekking. Weekly bookings are from Saturday arrival between 3pm to the following Saturday departure between 10am – 12 NOON (To facilitate cleaning etc)
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit £50.00 by check

This can be used as the damage bond of £50.00, this will be returned at the end of your stay as long as no damage to furnishings or building.
Booking deposit non refundable in the event of cancellation
The number of persons stated on the booking form must not be exceeded without the Proprietor’s permission.
All cottages and their contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition Breakage and damage may be charged.
The Proprietors will not be responsible for any loss of valuables or property left behind.

Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome. You are advised to bring a pet basket with bedding and a throw to protect furniture. Any additional cleaning, pet hairs, walls covered with dirt from dogs shaking etc this will necessitate an additional cleaning fee of £20 from your damage bond at the end of your stay.
