Superbly located actually in Kalkan village, not up the hillside, Kulenin Evi is a spacious detached air conditioned villa. It is surrounded by gardens containing a private swimming pool, 32 sq. m, a Jacuzzi and terraces to dine, sunbathe and relax.

Kulenin Evi is a spacious four storey villa superbly located in Kalkan yet in a quiet location, it is only a short stroll to the shops and restaurants and an easy walk back after an evening out.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a large, air-conditioned double bedroom with 6 ft. wide bed, dressing room and ensuite shower room and an air conditioned twin bedded room with adjacent shower room, both with access to the gardens and terrace. On the first floor is the air conditioned sitting room, 18’ 8’’ by 17’ 3’’ with balconies overlooking the bay and the separate kitchen/dining room with an extensive range of units, 4 ring gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with balcony overlooking the gardens and private pool and with steps to the terraces. The second floor comprises a large, air conditioned double bedroom with 6 ft. wide bed, dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower and two balconies overlooking the bay and the fourth bedroom, air conditioned, with twin beds and ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden and pool with a sea view. On the third floor you can enjoy a BBQ on the roof terrace while watching the sun set over Kalkan Bay and the mountains. There is also an attic room with the washing machine (iron and ironing board provided)and a fridge to keep your drinks cool while on the roof terrace.

The house is surrounded by unusually large private gardens containing a private pool (about 32 sq. metres) and a 13 jet hydro air massage system jacuzzi and terraces with tables, chairs, sun beds and umbrellas. It is in a small complex of five houses close to the town centre, beach and the old Greek area.
