Suitability: children welcome, long term renters welcome, non smoking only, pets not allowed, unsuitable for elderly or infirm

TERRACE:- The reference above to 'terrace' is a large courtyard which is tiled and equipped with electric grill, table, chairs, sun shade and sunloungers. CAR:-
A car is not necessary for the city but advisable to visit other towns/areas.
TELEPHONE:- The telephone is available for incoming calls and free local outgoing calls only. NO internet connection.
AIR-CONDITIONING - this means ceiling fans in bedrooms and floor fans elsewhere.
