It gives me great pleasure to offer my apartment for rental to you. It is situated in the heart of our capital, Budapest. This apartment is situated in a beautiful monument building, approx. 3 minutes walk from the well-known Oktogon square.

First and foremost, I would like to present my respects to you from Budapest.

In a present of an incomparable relation I would like to tender my apartment for you, which is situated in the heart of our capital. This apartment belongs to a specifically beautiful monument building, at a distance of three minute walk approximately, from the well-known square Oktogon.

The residential area includes two rooms with double beds, and one room with a triple beds, which are furnished in accordance of a luxury suites, with all modern conveniences / Internet, bathroom, kitchen, toilet/. In each room there is a television with multiple channel broadcast.

Of course, all this is at a reasonable price, compared to those hotels, in the downtown, which might cost an absolute fortune. I think I have to mention, that all these services give you a familiar atmosphere, where you will feel at home. Any questions that you will have, do not hesitate to ask me because I will do anything which is not beyond my power just to see my guests satisfied. It is advantageous, because it is well located and from this point of view is within easy reach of most of the sights and spectacular ties of Budapest.

The closest spectacular sights from the square Oktogon include the Opera House, the famous walking street the „Váci utca” the Vörösmarty Square, the Heroes Square, the City Park, the Széchenyi Baths, /with the underground train, the Margaret Island, the largest Shopping Center in Europe the River Danube, which flows across the city, and separates the Buda side from Pest side, and from where thousands of pleasure cruises sail away to their journeys.

Rental Policies

These prices do not include breakfast. If apartments are requested for groups of up to 8 – 9 persons, we will make a 10% discount. Towels and linen are included, the property is cleaned daily and the towels and linen are changed as necessary.Prices cover taxes, electricity and heating expenses, bedroom and bathroom towels and linen as well as the daily and final cleaning.

1 April – 31 October:

Single: 38 GBP / £ = 55 Euro / €

2 Persons: 55 GBP / £ = 80 Euro / €

3 Persons: 70 GBP / £ = 102 Euro / €

4 Persons: 80 GBP / £ = 117 Euro / €
