Townhouse has 2 master queen bedrooms. Each has private tiled bath, walkin closet, vaulted ceiling with fan and TV. Bedrooms are separated by open staircase with skylight. Downstairs has fully furnished kitchen with dinnerware for 8, a dining area and snack bar. Convenient half bath is downstairs along with a full size washer and dryer. Open diningroom and living room with 12 foot patio door that opens to private 17x12 patio with table, chairs and 2 chaises.

Everything you could possibly need is furnished and top quality. Ref has icemaker, self clean stove and all the small appliances and pots and pans are in excellent condition.

There are 3 TV's, VCR's and DVD player, Ironing board and iron, 2 twin blow up mattresses and extra bedding for guests and two assigned parking spots right out the front door.

There is a guard at the Villages of Seaport gate entrance 24/7. There are 3 heated pools in the complex. The unit is located very close to both the family pool and the lap pool. The clubhouse is beachside with the olympic size pool, exercise room, sundeck, 2 tennis courts, 2 racquet ball courts and gate to the beautiful beach. Keys to clubhouse, tennis courts and beach are provided and renters use all facilities.

There is a desk in the livingroom and phone line for dialup internet connection. The local phone is provided. High speed internet can be added thru Brighthouse or Bell South for additional fee.


Their are golf courses, restaurants and boating near by. The ocean is on site. 2 gambling boats are at Port Canaveral which is only a little over a mile north. The port has waterfront restaurants and fishing charters. Cocoa Beach is only a few miles South with lots of restaurants, shopping and night clubs.
Location of townhouse is great for being at the beach or going to Orlando parks. Orlando airport is a 45 minute drive and parks can be reached in a little over an hour.
