This superbly equipped south facing villa is located on the Cape Haze Peninsular just south of Port Charlotte and near to Baca Grande and the beaches. It's on a Deep water Canal that has easy access to the Gulf via the south Gulf Cove Nature reserve.

Location: South Gulf Cove is on the Cape Haze peninsular east of the Rotonda. South of a line between Port Charlotte and Englewood, and North of Boca Grande.
This 4/5 Bedroom villa comes with Two Master Suites, with Queen Size Beds. Two Twin Bedded rooms and Two Family rooms, one of which has a Fold out Queen Bed, so, with cot or crib can sleep up to 11 people.
The Bathrooms are two en-suites and one family bathroom. On all doors and windows, this villa has a full Security Alarm System that is linked to a central station, with panic buttons for Police, Fire and Ambulance service.
This villa has a large Kitchen, with table, chairs & high chairs to Seat 8, Dinning area also seats 8, Laundry room and double garage. It is superbly furnished and equipped, including HD Satellite TV's DVD/Video, CD players in both Family rooms, and full Air-Conditioning.
It is on a Deep Water canal, with easy access to South Gulf Cove Nature reserve, Port Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.

Vacation Rental Amenities:
There is a 30ft x 13ft Heated Pool with a separately heated Spa/Jacuzzi that seats 8. The rear of this villa faces south and has the Sun all day. The covered Lanai is 30ft x 10ft and the Sun Deck is over 30ft. The whole rear of this villa is fully caged and is not over looked.
All doors and windows that lead to the Pool area have an independent Alarm system, to warn you if the kids try and get to the pool without your knowledge?
There is a 50ft Private Dock.
Great fishing from this dock and then cooking on the villa BBQ/Gas Grill?
Boat Hire: We have an arrangement with a local boat yard, which has a fleet of 12 boats. (email us for full details of fleet & rates) Our agreement gives us very special discounts. We can do all the arrangements before you arrive!
The villa is fully equipped, including all linen, crockery and towels, even beach towels and toys. Just bring food, drink and yourselves. We have a local Management Company who live locally, to assist you anytime 24/7.

Activities and Attractions:
The villa is very close to 8 wonderful 'sugar sand' beaches all within a 20 minute drive, with some of the best shelling and shark tooth collecting to be had on the whole South Gulf Coast.
There are 7 Golf courses within a 30 minutes drive, including a floodlit, 24 hour course just 6 miles away, all courses welcome children over 8, and hire out all equipment.
From our dock, the beautiful Gulf Cove nature reserve is just 15 minutes sailing time away, via which, Port Charlotte sound is 20 minutes, then out to the Gulf of Mexico.
There is great fresh and salt water fishing to be had in all areas. Port Charlotte for all department stores is only 15 miles away, with a large Publix supermarket and two petrol stations just 3 miles away. We list in our villa manual over 20 great local restaurants; there are all sorts of 'take-outs' locally, but why not cook your own 'catch of the day' on the villa BBQ/Gas Grill?

We had a great time at your place! It is very beautiful. The heated pool was lovely. We did a boat tour up to Venice Beach as well as visiting with family in North Port. The vacation couldn't have been any better. We lost some time on the drive down in the Virginia's because of the snow storm that had hit there. Southerners just don't know how to deal with 18" of snow like us Vermonters do. I’ve attached a picture of our 2 girls enjoying themselves at the villa.

Thank you for returning our Security Cheque. We had a great week at your lovely villa in a great setting, a real contrast to our previous week in Orlando. We couldn't get over the sheer size of your home and the whole South Gulf Cove area.
Great beaches nearby and we stuck to your recommended restaurants. We were never disappointed. I have one small disappointment I couldn’t catch any of those very big fish that jump out of the canal. I tried early morning, late at night, middle of the afternoon using bread, luminous things and rubbery worms with beady eyes but failed miserably. We saw a few alligators and some raccoon’s walking along the water. Very beautiful. We will come back.

Vacation Rental Extras:
Pool & Spa Jacuzzi Heaters: Normally the Pool is around 27c/84f & the Spa 30c/90f, but if you want the Pool up to 30c/90f & Spa to 36c/104f you will need extra heat? We charge $200.00 pw, plus Florida Taxes.
BBQ/Gas Grill: To hire the villa Grill, we charge $60.00 pw, Plus taxes, it's cleaning at the end of your stay, and One full bottle of Gas.
Cots or Cribs:
Rental of these items is $60.00 pw, Plus taxes and all Bedding.
