Home Description: 1 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath Old Town Puerto Vallarta condo, sleeping 4. Located on the first floor with a spacious floorplan, about 1291 square feet. Entry is by stairs or elevator.

Living Area: The kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and bright, opening to the large plant-filled deck. A table on the deck is perfect for leisure breakfasts. The couch in the living room also converts to a very comfortable queen bed.

Bedroom: One king bed (2 persons). The marble-tiled ensuite bathroom has 2 sinks and shower. The closet has built-in cabinetry of polished wood.

Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom with shower and a half-bath, soap and shampoo provided. All towels supplied.

Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen to USA standards- full sized refrigerator/freezer · dishwasher - gas stove/oven · Microwave · Coffee maker · espresso machine · teapot · toaster · blender · dinnerware · glassware · cutlery · plenty of cooking utensils · pots, pans, casserole dishes · The kitchen is open to the living area and has a pass-through counter and eating bar. Enjoy the convenience of the condiments, spices and staples provided in the cupboards and refrigerator.

Maid Service: Cleaning before and after your stay is included in the rate and once a week for stays of 13 nights or more. Daily maid service can be arranged for an extra fee.

Beach Description: Los Muertos Beach is the best swimming beach, and the local favorite, where the village of Puerto Vallarta began. Floating tubes are available to rent, there are various boating activities, jet-skiing, para-sailing, and a fishing pier. Find a palapa or stretch out on the sand. With beachside restaurants and vendors you can practically live right on the beach- eat, read, swim, shop and watch all the activity!

Distance to activities: This is your hub for the true Puerto Vallarta experience with great shops, restaurants, cafes and activities throughout the area, all within easy walking distance. A day spa and gym are right next door. Want to go farther? The bus routes going either south or north start at a point just a few blocks east. This unit is not in the "Americanized" hotel zone and is best suited to the traveler who enjoys the culture of Old Town. The nearby Los Muertos Beach area is filled with Mexicans, expats, tourists, schools, hotels, great restaurants and bars, bookstores, supermarkets, nightclubs, condominiums, banks, cigar stores, parks, bakeries, homes - a wonderful blend of old and new; laid back and bustling; a true 'neighborhood'. The flavor is international, with the Mexican relaxed pace and enjoyment of life. Absolutely everything is located within an easy walk.

Rental Policy

Check In/Out Dates: We rent on a nightly basis for your chosen length of stay, and your start date can be any day of the week. Departure days are Wed-Sun. Monday or Tuesday departures will be priced as a Wednesday. As you plan your dates, be advised that we prefer to book our calendar so that there are no "gaps" of 1, 2 or 3 nights that cannot be rented, especially in winter and/or where the booking is months in advance.

Age Restriction: As a general rule, we do not rent to groups under the age of 24. Responsible adults must be part of your group, or we ask that you make other lodging plans.

Tenant Regulations: All guests must sign the building Rules & Regulations. One item to note is nighttime quiet hours from 11pm. Fines are assessed for flagrant violation of these courtesy rules.

Smoking: This is a totally smoke-free building. If any of your party are smokers, this will not work for you, as we do not allow smoking on the deck, the grounds as well as the interior. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of your damage deposit, at the minimum.
