Located three houses away from beach access, you get breathtaking views from every room of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Relax in the sprawling balcony upstairs taking in the ocean view and the soothing sound of the waves.
And if you want to have a round of golf, Seascape Golf Course is across the street.
Seascape Village is a 3-minute drive from the house. Downtown Capitola is a 5-minute drive. There are a lot of quaint shops and restaurants in downtown. Rent a bike and take a leisurely bike ride along the coast. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is just a 15-minute drive from the house. There are plenty of activities to do there for everyone of all ages. Not to forget “nature walk” one can indulge in while vacationing here.
The house is tastefully decorated and furnished with a lot of pride. The rooms are well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery. A (charcoal) barbeque is provided for.
There are 4 bedrooms (and 3 bathrooms) with queen beds in each of them. There is also a roller bed to accommodate guest numbers 9 & 10. Fresh linen is provided at the beginning of your stay. The house has high-speed Internet access and direct TV and also a card table for those who prefer to relax at “home”.
