Rental Rates

$1,295.00 to $4,900.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

* There is a one time cleaning fee for all reservations, ranging from $80-$160 depending upon unit size.
-10% Placer County room tax is added on all rentals of less than 31 days.
-Minimum Stays: One week minimum during Christmas and New Year's weeks.
-Two or three night minimum at all other times.
-Lease rates are for a three or four month minimum.

MAKING A RESERVATION: We require a valid credit card when making a reservation. Your credit card is used as security against damage to the unit or any extra cleaning that may be required. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the total rent unless the unit is re-booked.

CHINQUAPIN UNITS: All units are fully furnished, including linens, washer and dryer, TV, phone, full kitchen and fireplace. All units are individually owned so furnishings and decorations vary from unit to unit. There are some exceptions to the above rental rates, depending upon the condition of the unit. Please check with the rental office for more information.

HOLIDAY PERIODS: Higher rates apply during Christmas, New Years, and President's Weeks, and may apply during certain other three day holiday weekends. Check with the rental office for specific dates and rates.

DELUXE UNITS: Some units have been completely remodeled and redecorated, and rent for higher rates than our standard units. For detailed information on specific units, please give us a call.

CLEANING: Homes are cleaned prior to your arrival and must be left clean upon departure, including dishes washed, trash removed and general tidiness. Daily maid service is available upon request ($30.00/hr).

RENT PAYMENTS: We accept VISA, MasterCard and personal checks (cash is OK, too!). Payments made by personal check must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival.

RESTRICTIONS: Motor homes, campers, motorcycles, motorized off-road vehicles, and parked boat/jet ski trailers are not allowed on the property. NO PETS, PLEASE! (Bringing a pet will result in charges to your credit card up to $500.00.)
