Rental Policies

Payment method: by bank transfer, or credit card (via PayPal)as follows:

- 10% to be paid within 3 days from receipt of the confirmation (makes a booking in the calendar;

- 20% to be paid within 120 days prior to your arrival date (improves the booking process)

- 20% to be paid within 45 days prior to your arrival date (consolidates the booking in the calendar);

- outstanding amount (50% + deposit) to be paid within 3 days prior your arrival date (you will be asked to show the payment slip at check-in). -

Failure to pay within the terms indicated above will result in the loss of the sums paid and the automatic cancellation of the booking.
