Rental Policies

Policies:
We update our room availability calendar every 15 minutes. All rooms are subject to presale. All guaranteed reservations will receive email confirmations.

* All rooms have PRIVATE BATHS.
* Rates are quoted double occupancy and include breakfast, but NOT taxes.
* We offer our guests a NONSMOKING environment. Smoking is permitted in the Gardens.
* Multi-day stay may be required if stay involves a weekend or holiday.
* A 10 day notice is required for deposit return unless your canceled room is re-rented.
* A stay of 4 nights or more requires a 14-day notice for deposit return unless your canceled room is re-rented.
* Groups of 3 or more rooms require a 30-day notice for deposit return unless your canceled room is re-rented.



* Any room not re-rented will be charged the full room rate.
* Cancellations will be charged a $35 fee per room to help us recover costs, regardless.
* Check in time is between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m., unless previously arrange with innkeepers.
* VISA/MC accepted
