Rental Policies

Check-In: 4:00PM / Check-Out: 10:00AM

We allow guests to check in as soon as the unit has been cleaned and inspected. We will make every attempt to accommodate early check-in as a request, but we cannot guarantee those requests.

Payment Policy: A credit card deposit in the amount of $100 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. When booking a reservation within 30 days of arrival, final payment is due within 3 days of booking. If final payment is made by credit card, a signed credit card authorization form is required.

Cancellation Policy: A $50 per person cancellation fee will be charged when a reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be subject to full forfeiture. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.

Reservation Changes: ONLY the group leader can make changes to golf packages within 14 days of booking without a penalty. A charge of $25.00 will be charged if changes are made after the initial 14-day grace period. Group leaders are responsible for all tee times arranged by Barefoot Resort & Golf.

Check-In Information: Check-In time is 4:00PM.
Premier Resorts Check-in desk is located to the left of the Barefoot Resort Clubhouse for the Norman, Love and Fazio courses. After-hour arrivals (11PM-7AM) and North Tower guests can check in at the North Tower Front Desk, which is the first paved road to the left after you cross over the bridge into the resort.

Departure Policy: Check-Out time is 10:00AM. There will be a full day charge for late check out.
