Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy: A deposit of one night's lodging & taxes is required to confirm your reservation. During Holiday Season, a larger deposit will be required.

During Holiday Seasons, a larger deposit may be required.

Final Payment: Studios through Two Bedroom Townhouses: the balance of payment is due upon check-in.

Three, Four and Five Bedroom Townhouses: the balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival, and is non-refundable.

During Christmas Holiday Season: the balance is due November 1 for ALL units, and is then non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Studios through Two Bedroom Townhouses: the full deposit will be refunded if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to one night's lodging will be imposed.

Three, Four and Five Bedroom Townhouses: the full deposit will be refunded if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date. All monies paid will be forfeited for cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival date.

Christmas/New Years Holiday Period: Cancellations made prior to November 01 will be refunded. Cancellations made November 01 or later will forfeit all monies.

Early Departure Policy: Studios through Two Bedroom Townhouses: an amount equal to one night's lodging will be forfeited.

Three, Four and Five Bedroom Townhouses: all monies will be forfeited.

Holiday Seasons: all monies will be forfeited.

Minimum Stay Policy: Minimum night stays are imposed during Regular Season, Holiday Season and in certain unit categories.
Credit Cards: We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for deposits and final payment:
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.
