STAY ON MID-SUMMER "HOT" DATES! SAVE UP TO $50 PER NIGHT!

Stay during "Hot" dates at our 3 Diamond AAA rated resort and for just $149 per night (up to a $50 savings), you can enjoy our one bedroom premium suite featuring king bed, kitchen, stone fireplace, two 27 inch color TV's, a DVD/VCR and private deck. Additional sleeping is provided with a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. All guests may enjoy free use of heated pools, hot tubs, sauna, and fitness center. Rental Policies

Housekeeping: For reservations booked on the Seventh Mountain Resort website, stay over service will be provided every other day. For stays longer than six nights, rooms will receive an additional full clean in the middle of the stay.

Pet Policy: Sorry, pets are not permitted.

Smoking Policy: Seventh Mountain Resort is smoke-free. All lodging rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, and other facility rooms are designated as non-smoking.

Rental Rates

$693.00 to $2,443.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Deposit Policy: A deposit of one night's room, tax, and resort fee is required at the time of booking except the requirement for any reservation falling within the Holiday Season from December 26th through New Year's Day is 50% of the total stay. Reservations booked after November 15th of that year for the Holiday Season will require payment for the entire stay at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Final Payment: The balance of payment or guarantee for payment is due upon check in except on Holiday Season reservations; the balance of payment is due by November 15th of that year.

Cancellation Policy: If a reservations is cancelled at least 7 days or more prior to arrival or by November 15th of that year for reservations falling within the Holiday Season, the deposit will be refunded in full. If cancelled with less than the allowable time remaining, all monies paid or guarantees for payment will be subject to forfeiture.

No Show Policy: All monies paid or guarantees for payment will be subject to forfeiture.

Early Departure Policy: All monies paid or guarantees for payment will be subject to forfeiture.

Minimum Stay Policy: Minimum night stays may be imposed on specials and packages or weekend, peak and holiday time periods. There is a four night minimum stay during the Holiday Season.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
