a great place for a peaceful vacation. The bay (Thumpertown Beach) is a 3/4 mile walk away, the fresh water ponds and bike trail are nearby.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bath. There is a deck with gas grill and a yard with both sun and shade. There is wifi, cable, a washer and dryer.
Eastham has shops, restaurants, mini golf, and the National Seahore beaches, trails, and interpretive center. There are theaters, antique shops and flea markets, fine dining and clam shacks on the lower cape, as well as kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing - plenty to do when you're not at the beach.
Rental Policy
$100 refundable security deposit, $200 if bringing a pet

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Rates are $850/week or $125/night in the off season, June and September.
June 27 - August 1 is $1,200/week.
August 1 - September 5 is $1,250/week.
