Rental Policies

Confirmation
To make a reservation please email or phone us 1888 905 0561. A contract will be emailed to you and a deposit of 25% is taken when the contract has been signed and faxed back. VISA OR MASTERCARD accepted. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, except Christmas and New Year’s, which is due on October 15th.

Longer Stays

Cancellation
If cancelling within 48 hours a full refund will be given. If cancelling more than 60 days prior to arrival guests may forfeit their deposit if replacement booking cannot be made. If cancelling less than 60 days prior to arrival guests may be charged with the deposit and may forfeit entire payment if replacement booking cannot be found.

Security Deposit
The signed contract will allow us to get a credit card authorization for the security deposit. This is standard practice for all Whistler chalets, town homes and condos.

Chalets Nicklaus and Forest will be perfectly clean and ready for arrival with hand soap, shampoo, bathroom and facial tissue, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher powder, garbage bags, some herbs and spices and basic staples and starter supplies of laundry detergent, coffee, tea, sugar and coffee mate. We will provide a full housekeeping service every 7 days. If you wish more cleaning, or any additional services such as catering, stocking of your fridge and cupboards, taxi vouchers, lift tickets, etc. please let us know and we can arrange at an additional cost.

4 pm if there is a back to back otherwise 12 noon. Any day of the week.

Rental Rates

$1,160.00 to $4,314.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We rent on a nightly basis with a minimum of 3 to 7 nites. Call for discount for more than 7 days. Approximate cost in US$. We accept Visa or MC in Canadian $. Your bank will determine the rate. WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 10% HOTEL TAX. Add 6% GST which is refundable to non-Canadians $ we provide you with the paperwork to get the refund.
