Situated 1500 ft above sea level with stunning views over a plateau and the nearby mountains and blessed with mountain breezes. Uzumlu village is a 2km walk with shops, bars and restaurants. Fethiye Town and Calis Beach are a short drive away.

This lovely holiday villa has everything that you could want. The 3 living rooms all access the outside veranda with BBQ and illuminated overspilling private pool. The 5 bedrooms on the upper two floors all have sun terraces, there are en-suite and family bathrooms, all rooms are air-conditioned and all double beds are king size. In the basement there is a 650sqft fully equipped Gym/Games Room with shower and bar area.

From the villa entrance hall an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 13 people. Another archway leads to a lounge with a wood burning fireplace and TV/DVD/CD and a further archway then leads to the separate dining room with seating for eight. Also on the ground floor there is a second lounge themed in an Ottoman style equipped with TV/DVD/CD and a stereo music system with iPod dock and there is a toilet/shower room.

The next floor includes a master bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views. The top floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet shower room. All the rooms are equipped with stylish handmade furniture all beds are king size and all the rooms are air-conditioned.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The rates are for the whole villa, with up to 13 people, for 1 week.
Book for 2013 by 31/12/2012 and deduct 10%.
For parties of 6 or less staying outside the High Season deduct 15%.

A full weekly cleaning service includes linen/towel change and the pool and garden are maintained daily. A generous Welcome Pack is provided free of charge.
We can provide return transfers to the villa from Dalaman Airport (45 mins) by car/minibus for £85/£130. We can also arrange car/minibus rental for £140/£350 per week.
To book pay 25% with Booking Form and balance 8 weeks before arrival together with £150 returnable damage deposit. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card through a secure PayPal portal on our website.
