Home has two bedrooms upstairs with a queen size bed in each. A single bedroom downstairs has its own entrance; features a double bed and adjoining bath. In the den, a pull out sofa-bed provides additional room for sleeping. Home has a comfortable screened in porch with a ceiling fan with wonderful views of the lake and mountains. Sit back in some African furniture. Fully furnished, home has washer-dryer, gas grill, Three window air conditioners. Wonderful area to swim! Giant deck on top of boat house is wonderful place for sitting in the sun, fishing, etc. Located in a cove, away from the big water and large wake from fast moving boats.

Take the family to Chimney Rock Park to enjoy the magnificent view of the Hickory Nut Gorge. You can fish in the Rocky Broad River for trout or Lake Lure for a variety of species. Check-in- Time is between the hours of 3 pm – 5 pm Monday thru Saturday at Carolina Properties Management Office at 2564 Memorial Highway, unless otherwise agreed. No guaranteed check-in prior to 3:00 p.m. Checkout - Time is 10:00 AM.
