The colorful tropical flowers of the hillside and dozens of bird of paradise flowers greet you upon your arrival at this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home. Step inside the expansive living area connected to the lanai and you are surrounded by large picture windows framing swaying coconuts and green mountains, you'll know you are in a tropical paradise. The L shaped design of the home and the huge wraparound lanai encourages relaxing and absorbing the sunshine and the gorgeous views.

The Bird of Paradise Home is set up on two levels with very private bedrooms making it perfect for a large family or two small families with wireless internet throughout. All of the Poipu Kai Resort Amenities including the use of the resort swimming pool, hot tub and eight soft and hard tennis court for guests. You are only a five minute walk away, through the lush green belts of the resort, from the Poipu and Shipwreck beaches and The Poipu Bay golf course, home of the PGA Grand Slam.

The resort has 24 hour security for your peace of mind.

Rental Rates

$2,450.00 to $2,550.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The above rates are for up to 6 guests. Add an additional fee of $15/day per additinal. A $500 check security deposit is required to hold the reservation.

Credit card via Paypal is accepted. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Minimum 5 nights booking and 10 nights over Christmas unless the calendar allows.

We give $50 discount for payment by check. The longer you stay, the lower rate per night it will be.
