Rental Policy

Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

Refunds: If you cancel your reservation for any reason before 60 days of your arrival, you will receive a refund minus 10% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 10% of your gross rental amount.

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard (www.Travelguard.com) for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of coverages carefully before purchasing.






A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
