Ground Floor: Screened breezeway with sitting areas, hammock, and pingpong table. (Upper floors have full central air.) Bath with shower, plus second individual shower, and half bath. This floor acts as its own private unit. Bedroom (K) and Bedroom (2T) are sunny rooms with window unit A/C.

First Floor: Living room, dining room, two bedrooms (D) with original wood paneling, bath, kitchen, deck, wrap-around screened porch with joggling board, and eat-in screened back porch.

Second Floor: Bedroom (D, T) with bath, bedroom (2T) and an eagle's eye view up and down the beach and ocean to either side.
