With four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home accommodates up to eight guests. There is an extra $200/week charge for heating the pool.

Square Feet: 3100

The first Master suite has a King bed, a sitting area with TV and access to the screened porch, and a private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second Master suite is furnished with a King bed and has a TV, private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. The two remaining bedrooms are in the Cabana House. One bedroom has two Twin beds and a private bath, and the other has two Twin beds and a half bath. Each bedroom has a small TV and direct pool access.

Rental Policy

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
