The expansive deck (w/ hot tub) leading to the arbor covered terrace overseeing the beach, and the sun deck on top of the guest house providing panoramic ocean views is the ultimate beach home secluded retreat. A private boardwalk leads to the beach.

Guests have exclusive and complimentary access to the both pools. First, the Tennis Club Pool which new in 2006 will be an "adult only" facility which provides a quiet get-away for our over 18 year old guests who enjoy a peaceful day at the pool. Towel service is offered as well as beer and wine available for purchase at this location. The other is the most popular pool, Night Heron. This pool complex is conveniently located in the middle of the 21-acre park and recreational facility and only steps from the beach. This pool offers full service poolside dining (seasonally) and is the ideal spot for families to spend hours of fun. NEW as of 2006 Night Heron Pool is heated in the spring & fall and chilled in the heat of the summer to make it even more enjoyable nearly year round.

Guests enjoy preferred tee times and savings of up to 25% off of golf on the five world-renowned golf courses, including The Ocean Course. Also, guests have preferential advance reservations for court time and tennis programs and savings of up to 50% at America's #1 Tennis Resort (Tennis magazine, 2004). The extensive nature excursion programs, the only nature programs offered at Kiawah are offered to guests at discounted rates, for example guests save $30 per child per day at Kamp Kiawah.

Complimentary door-to-door transportation service throughout Kiawah's 10-mile island is available.

Guests enjoy year-round access and advance reservation capabilities at all restaurants located at the resort. New in 2006 guests can take advantage of the exclusive grocery shopping service where your villa is stocked with your groceries prior to your arrival.

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
