Situated behind the duneline and right next to the Sullivan's Island Lighthouse, this great beach home features an oceanview porch and deck. Beautiful and unique, this home has recently received pleasant upgrades including an extended patio, new living room furniture, new paint, and extra area downstairs for the teenagers to hang out. There are ocean views straight back and to the right of the home from the middle deck. This is a great location for a quiet beach retreat. With three bedrooms and three baths, this home accommodates up to six guests. Guests also enjoy wireless internet access. Square Feet: 1680

FIRST FLOOR: A first-floor bedroom has a King bed and a private bath. Another bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds and has access to a hall bath.

SECOND FLOOR: The second-floor Master suite has a King bed and a private bath.

Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

Rental Policy

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
