La Hacienda is Cozumel's premier vacation rental. This truly deluxe 6BR/7BA home is located on a 175 yard beachfront property, 3 miles north of town, in a quiet residential area. With only Las Brisas Condos to the north and no development to the South the house sits in the midst of a 1/4 mile stretch of beach. The two story home has high ceilings, marble floors, a wraparound balcony and picture windows on both upper and lower levels. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The entire home, with the exception of the main reception area and kitchen are air conditioned.

On the 1st floor on the ocean view side are, from south to north:
-the family dining room with seating for 6,
-the formal dining room with seating for 10,
-a formal living room
-family living room
-full bathroom off the first floor
The family living room has satellite TV, VCR, stereo, piano, nordic track walker and bar area. All the ocean side rooms open onto a large balcony.

On the island view side from south to north are:
-the kitchen
-main reception area
-guest bedroom with queen sized bed and full bathroom.
Doors at the north end of the hallway open outside onto a very large terrace with a 42' X 18' freshwater pool. There is also a small shallow pool for children. There are also numerous tables, chairs and chaise lounge furniture for comfortable sunning. An extensive garden area follows and leads down to a natural sandy walk-in beach right next to the long pier. The pier offers easy access to boats.

Up a flight of stairs is La Hacienda's 2nd floor where 5 of the 6 bedrooms are located. On the ocean view side of the La Hacienda's 2nd floor are, from north to south:
-the master suite
-second bedroom with 2 twin beds
-third bedroom with a queen bed.
The master suite has a sitting area with double sofabed, bedroom with king-sized bed, a walk-in mirrored dressing area, satellite TV, oceanfront balcony, large bathroom with Jacuzzi type bath, and separate shower.

The second bedroom with ocean view has a large walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, satellite TV and oceanfront balcony. There are 2 twin beds in this room.

The third bedroom with ocean view has a queen size bed, bathroom with tub and shower, satellite TV, VCR and sliding glass doors to the oceanfront balcony.

On the island view side are, from north to south,
-a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds
-the 2nd floor living room
-5th bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds
The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds (which may be dressed as a king if requested), a full bathroom and Satellite TV.

Next to it is the centrally air conditioned second floor living room where you will find a 42 inch big screen TV, VCR and DVD. Note the satellite receiver, which controls the programming for all TV's in the home is here. Only one program may be seen at a time.

South of the family room is a fifth upstairs bedroom which has been recently renovated. It has a a queen bed and 2 twin beds as well as its own bathroom.

The house comes with maid service 6 days a week. An optional food plan is offered. A safe is provided as well as free local telephone service (AT & T operator assisted long distance available).The house sleeps up to 15 guests. There is a $1000.00 security deposit required with the balance payment when renting this home.

If your group is larger, extra guests can be accommodated at Las Brisas 301 and 302 (up to 6 guests in each).

Rental Policies

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
