Casa Matisse is set on a tranquil, quiet street. Enjoy your private Jacuzzi/spa, lap pool, infinity pool. You can enjoy warm sea water soaks in a large salt water pool designed and built by the owner.

Upon arrival, the tall glass door welcomes you with a view of the Caribbean. Walk through an open Mediterranean style entry into your private courtyard. Open to the sky and the sea with an open air spiral stairs that connects the second floor. This home has a bold sophisticated design compatible with the tropical setting.

The interior is a simple, elegant setting which accommodates a single, a couple or a group. The architectural design uniquely integrates indoor and outdoor living. The interior includes expansive ten foot pocket sliding doors which open both the living and dining areas to the terrace tha overlooks the pool and the sea.

The bathrooms have easy walk-in showers and natural limestone vanities. The Interior furnishings are an eclectic blend of European, Chinese, and rustic Mexican furniture.

The terrace features Mayan style stone furniture and comfortable cushioned chaise loungers. From the large shaded area on the terrace you can enjoy refreshments as you watch the sunset and boats returning to the marina.

Four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, provide a comfortable night's sleep. The media room has an en suite bathroom with sleeping accommodations for three.

From the courtyard you can dive into the sixty foot lap pool which connects with the oceanfront Venetian tiled infinity pool. The courtyard spa comfortably accommodates eight adults.

Rental Policies

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
