Because of the access to the national forest, this property works nice for the group that loves to play in the snow! Spacious four-bedrooms, three-baths home with plenty of space for entertaining. Wonderful kitchen with commercial refrigerator, ideal for large groups. Bedding consists of two queens, one double and three twins to sleep up to nine people. The moss stone fireplace is a great place to gather after a day in the snow! This house is about 3,000 square feet with washer/dryer, cable TV, VCR, sunken living room, a nice sitting/sun room and a great kitchen for entertaining. Please, no pets

2 night minimum stay required during Value Season.
3 night minimum stay required during Low Season and Regular Season.
5 night minimum stay required during Holiday period.

Weekday rates effective Sunday through Thursday nights.
Weekend rates effective Friday and Saturday nights.
Month of July Only Week-end rates effective Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
