This condominium is full of upgraded designer touches, a charming studio with Ralph Lauren finishes. You will be so comfortable, you will not want to leave! The kitchen is large and fully stocked with brand-spanking-new Kitchen Aid cooking utensils; plenty of space to cook that romantic dinner for two after an exciting day on the mountain! Sleeps two in a queen-sized bed and an airbed is also available.

This pet friendly condo is a lovely studio with prime location. It is located just across the street from the lifts at Golden Peak.

The studio is approximately 500 square feet with queen-sized bed and is charmingly decorated with Ralph Lauren finishes, a good-sized kitchen in which you can prepare your meals. You'll feel right at home here! The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. Of course, there's a dishwasher, microwave, TV with DVD player, and a laundry room right next door (coin operated). If you request an air bed for a third person, we'd be happy to supply it; just let us know.

The location is what sells this place. You are less than a one minute walk to the heart of Vail Village. The lifts at Golden Peak, which means ski school, lifts, and restaurants are at your doorstep. This complex is delightful and well maintained with gracious neighbors - you will feel right at home.

$50 Pet Cleaning Fee

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
