Just two and one-half blocks from the Oak Street Lift and the heart of downtown, this beautiful complex sits on the banks of the San Miguel River with unobstructed views of the mountains, river and town. This complex is in a perfect location for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in June and the Telluride Film Festival in September!

Careful attention has been given to comfort in these spacious one, two and three bedroom condominiums. Each boasts its own gas fireplace, washer/dryer, private phone and private ski locker. All two and three bedroom condos have a private steam shower. Completing the picture are two riverside hot tubs for all guests to use.
