Enter this ground floor condo from the interior hallway. In the living room is a TV w/VCR, gas fireplace, queen sofa-sleeper, full kitchen and dining area. In the master bedroom is a king bed, TV, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. In the 2nd bedroom is a queen bed, bathroom with jetted tub. In the 3rd bedroom is a queen bed. The unit is a washer/dryer.

The complex offers ski-in/ski-out access via Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift). The free in-town shuttle stops across the street. There is a common outdoor hot tub and seasonal (summer only) swimming pool with views of Ajax & the Box Canyon as well as Lower Milk Run ski run. Parking is available in the lot across the street.

Rental Policy

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
