This is a great Steamboat Springs rental house for families. Also note that pets are allowed in this house.

The Lower Home, in Tree Haus, has 3 bedrooms and 2 and one-half bathrooms. It is an older, spacious home that can sleep 10 people. It has a king-size bed in one bedroom, queen-size beds in the other 2 bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, plus 2 rollaway beds. The kitchen has been COMPLETELY remodeled and is ASBOLUTELY wonderful: granite counters, new appliances, a heated floor and a bar with 4 stools, and a table that seats 8. The wood-burning fireplace opens on both the dining room side and the living room side.

There is cable television, a VCR, a stereo with a CD player, a washer and dryer, and a 1-car garage. The deck has a magnificent view of the valley and the Steamboat ski slopes. There is no spa in this house, but a soft tub can be rented separately for about $500.00 a week. It is located about 1.5 miles from the slopes and we recommend a 4 wheel drive in the winter. Alpine Taxi service is also available.
