The condo is 1,100 square feet and sleeps 8: there is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the third and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both the master bedroom and the bedroom upstairs have a private bathroom.

This is a beautiful condo with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave and dishwasher), several ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, a stacked washer/dryer and a balcony with a barbecue. The living room has a television, a VCR, a DVD player and a stereo, and each bedroom has a television.

The complex has 2 hot tubs. Shopping is nearby and this condo is on the free bus route and barely more than a mile from the bottom of the slopes.

Rental Policies

Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

Refunds: If you cancel your reservation for any reason before 60 days of your arrival date, you will receive a refund minus 10% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 10% of your gross rental amount.

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard (www.Travelguard.com) for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of coverages carefully before purchasing.






A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
