This large 3br corner unit faces the slopes and the Springs water park/pool 3rd floor. Each of the three spacious bedrooms has a Queen bed, and two have private full bathrooms. There is another full bathroom in the hallway. This unit also features upscale furnishings, high-speed Wireless Internet connection, a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, and a private washer and dryer. It has everything you need while you're away from home, and you can even keep an eye on the kids on the ski hill from your balcony!

The Springs is the newest building in River Run and has by far the most luxurious amenities. It features it¡¯s own private year-round pool with a slide that winds through the rocks and hot tubs and a zero-entry fountain area. It is also located off to the side of the River Run Village, which makes it a nice secluded, quiet spot for a family vacation.

Add to that a fitness center, an incredible full home theater room, a kids' play room, slate pool table, fitness center and steam room... and you have a place that will keep you entertained without even going to the slopes!

The Springs are about 100 yards from the gondola.

Rental Policies

We accept Checks, Visa, M/C and Amex.

We require a 50% deposit to book your reservation. Balance, taxes and service charges are due 45 days prior to arrival. Please contact our office for details about cancellation policies/refunds and travel insurance

This property requires a $1500 security deposit.

Refunds If you cancel your reservation for any reason and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 handling fee. We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through Travel Guard (www.Travelguard.com) for unforseen acts of nature/God.


A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
